The Verified Academy is operated by Jammy Frog Limited, company number 09437173, trading as The Verified Academy. Our registered office is 56 Villiers Road, Watford, WD19 4AJ, United Kingdom. Our VAT number is GB 280 1378 13.

The Verified Academy is an independent training product. LinkedIn® is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation and its affiliates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.

You must be at least 16 to create an account or use the Academy. If you are 16 or 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, and any purchase must be authorised by them.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One account is for one person and may not be shared.

Our free TVA tests are self-assessment tools. Their scores and recommendations depend on the answers you provide and are intended to guide reflection, not provide an objective certification or guarantee.

A course purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence to access the training modules and save your work. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as The Verified Academy continues to operate and make the purchased course available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Promotional prices may be withdrawn or changed for future purchases. A price change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

The course is digital content supplied immediately after successful payment. Before checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that once access begins you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to a distance purchase of digital content.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact us at romain@jammyfrog.com if you experience a problem.

You may use the Academy for your own personal and professional development. You must not:

• share, resell, reproduce or distribute course content;
• copy substantial parts of the exercises, frameworks or materials into another product or service;
• give another person access to your account;
• attempt to interfere with the service, security or other users’ data; or
• use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of the answers, notes and other original material you enter. You give us permission to host and process that material only as needed to operate the service, save your progress, provide results and meet our legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you enter is lawful and does not include confidential information you are not entitled to use.

The Academy’s branding, course structure, teaching content, frameworks, designs and software are owned by or licensed to Jammy Frog Limited. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

The Academy provides educational guidance. It does not provide legal, financial, recruitment or career advice. We do not guarantee employment, leads, sales, profile reach, search visibility or any particular LinkedIn outcome. Results depend on your decisions, implementation and circumstances.

LinkedIn may change its platform, specifications, features or policies. We aim to keep the course useful but cannot guarantee that every platform reference will always remain current.

We may maintain, improve or update the service and course content. We may temporarily suspend access for security, maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we permanently discontinue the purchased course, we will take reasonable steps to give customers notice and an opportunity to retrieve their saved notes where practicable.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost opportunities, loss caused by your reliance on self-assessment results, or changes made by LinkedIn or another third-party service. For business users, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through your account settings. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service or create a security risk. We will act reasonably and explain the reason where appropriate.

The Academy is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access it from another country, you are responsible for following local laws. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom or country in which they live.
